Responsibilities

• Own the Inbound Paradigm by designing core methodology for inbound AI configuration, decision tree architecture, and IVR logic
• Set the Deployment Model by building end-to-end deployment frameworks for deployment strategists and FDEs
• Partner directly with health system and health plan customers to improve configuration and launching of inbound AI agents
• Translate patient access and call center workflows into product requirements and configuration standards
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure defined paradigms are technically sound and scalable
• Codify learnings into frameworks, documentation, and training for future organizational growth

Requirements

• Subject-matter expertise in call center configuration and deployment (IVR, decision trees, provider directory setup)
• Proven track record of building repeatable frameworks, playbooks, or methodologies
• Hands-on experience implementing inbound AI agents at health plans or health systems
• Experience personally labeling decision trees, configuring IVR, or running call center pilots
• Background in call center operations, inbound AI, or patient access workflows
• Familiarity with digital front door technologies like Hyro, Orbita, Nuance, Syllable, Notable, or Fabric is a strong plus
