Inbound Sales Representative, SME & Growth (Mandarin speaking)

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end inbound sales process for SME customers, including initial outreach, product demonstrations, and closing accounts.
• Act as a product expert to resolve customer pain points using Airwallex’s specific offerings.
• Achieve revenue targets through the acquisition of new customers.
• Engage in deep customer conversations to understand business needs and scaling requirements.
• Provide a world-class customer experience by resolving inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with global offices and cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, onboarding, and technology.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of B2B experience in a sales-related role.
• Proven experience with complex sales, including comfort selling to business owners and senior executives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate internally and externally.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a hyper-growth environment.
