About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales funnel for SME leads, including prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and onboarding.
  • Advocate for Airwallex by providing prospects with a world-class experience and deep product expertise.
  • Identify business opportunities by using data and direct engagement to understand customer pain points.
  • Educate and activate customers on the full range of Airwallex products to ensure high adoption rates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Channel Partnerships to optimize lead flow and maximize revenue.
  • Execute tactical outbound strategies to identify high-potential prospects and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain operational excellence by consistently updating CRM records and supporting reporting efforts.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators, including call volume, meetings booked, and client onboarding targets.

Requirements

  • Driven, resilient, and highly motivated to achieve and exceed KPIs.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling (40+ leads per day).
  • Strong ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders confidently.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills to work efficiently at scale.
  • Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of professional experience.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or a high-growth startup environment.
  • Familiarity with the Indonesia market and SME/startup customer segments.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Google Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
