About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to all inbound requests via contact sales forms
  • Utilize lead scoring to categorize intent and adhere to response SLAs
  • Conduct qualification discussions using the SPICED framework
  • Independently close transactions for smaller Prosumer/Small Office requirements
  • Track daily/weekly activity KPIs and funnel metrics using CRM dashboards
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success for seamless handoffs
  • Mentor newer BDRs on process flows and tool mastery

Requirements

  • Proven track record in inbound sales or business development (SaaS or cybersecurity preferred)
  • Native level fluency in German and/or French
  • Business-fluent English
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM
  • Experience with outreach tools like Clay, Instantly, Gong, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong understanding of SLAs and time management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling security-oriented SaaS or privacy-focused products
