About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to all inbound requests via contact sales forms
- Utilize lead scoring to categorize intent and adhere to response SLAs
- Conduct qualification discussions using the SPICED framework
- Independently close transactions for smaller Prosumer/Small Office requirements
- Track daily/weekly activity KPIs and funnel metrics using CRM dashboards
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success for seamless handoffs
- Mentor newer BDRs on process flows and tool mastery
Requirements
- Proven track record in inbound sales or business development (SaaS or cybersecurity preferred)
- Native level fluency in German and/or French
- Business-fluent English
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM
- Experience with outreach tools like Clay, Instantly, Gong, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong understanding of SLAs and time management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling security-oriented SaaS or privacy-focused products
