Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound lead flow with speed and professionalism
  • Qualify leads by understanding business needs and matching them to Mollie solutions
  • Own the full sales cycle for smaller businesses from first contact to close
  • Route high-potential leads to Account Executives with clean handovers
  • Build pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide insights to Sales and Marketing teams

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills
  • Genuine curiosity about business, e-commerce, and technology
  • Ambitious, coachable, and resilient mindset
