Inbound Sales Agent

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers who have started their insurance search in the app
• Help customers compare 55+ different insurance companies to find the best fit
• Solve customer concerns and provide expert advice to build confidence in their choices
• Close deals by helping customers finalize new insurance policies

Requirements

• Experience in a high-standard retail environment (e.g., Apple, Microsoft, Nordstrom, Lululemon, Disney, or Costco)
• Ability to multitask using computers and navigate multiple screens while speaking with customers
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enjoyment of helping people
• Must reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada
