- Handle high-volume inbound calls from prospective customers
- Guide customers through product options and convert inquiries into sales
- Document interactions accurately in Telephony and CRM systems
Requirements
- Experience in inbound phone sales or customer service with a sales component
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to handle objections with professionalism and empathy
