Inbound/Outbound Operative

Responsibilities

• Maintain the uninterrupted flow of goods in and out of the warehouse
• Work in both ambient and temperature-controlled environments
• Ensure all boxes are staged correctly and pallets are loaded into correct trailers following instructions
• Use MHE (mainly PPT trucks) to load pallets onto trailers in accordance with set timeframes
• Keep the warehouse clear and address potential hazards quickly and efficiently
• Adhere to and uphold strict Health and Safety standards to ensure personal and team safety
• Liaise with Line Leaders, Quality Checkers, Inventory, and Shift Managers

Requirements

• MHE experience (PPT, Forklift, or Reach Truck)
• Keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to work
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent team working and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Practical knowledge and experience in an operational environment
• Quick and effective problem-solving abilities
