Inbound Marshall

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming vehicle traffic and perform driver check-ins
• Assign loading and unloading gates efficiently
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and site regulations
• Plan and coordinate delivery schedules to minimize delays
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams for timely unloading
• Act as the primary contact for freight partners, drivers, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor incoming deliveries and identify deviations early
• Document inbound processes and create reports
• Support the continuous optimization of inbound processes

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, transport, or warehouse operations
• Structured and organized working style
• Strong organizational talent and solution-oriented mindset
• Service-oriented communication skills
• Ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is ideal
• Hands-on mentality and team player
