Inbound Marketing Lead Specialist

Responsibilities

• Answer and qualify inbound customer inquiries regarding Motorola solutions, products, and services
• Qualify sales leads based on specific criteria to build a pipeline for the Government Sales organization
• Follow up on marketing leads via phone and email to facilitate handoffs to the sales team
• Build strong business relationships through tactful and courteous customer interaction
• Educate customers on business processes and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and market trends
• Utilize internal business tools and applications to manage multiple systems simultaneously during customer interactions
• Take ownership of customer issues and drive them to resolution to ensure high satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree OR 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail
• Strong active listening and consultative selling skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively across various systems and applications
• Excellent research and observation skills to resolve customer inquiries
• Strong sense of ownership and follow-through
