Inbound Logistics Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage daily origin operations and provide clear operational guidelines to team members
• Act as the primary escalation point for resolving irregular issues with internal teams, vendors, and logistics service providers (LSPs)
• Oversee LSP performance to ensure effective and timely freight movement
• Develop and implement process improvements for daily origin operations
• Support management in executing initiatives and managing changes across production, factories, and destination logistics teams
• Drive optimization opportunities across Vietnam and neighboring countries
• Implement new projects to meet evolving business needs
• Establish and enhance relationships with cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in international logistics and supply chain operations
• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of the logistics market in Vietnam and neighboring countries
• Practical knowledge of the retail environment and international transportation
• Proficiency in PC skills for quantitative analysis and presentation
• Excellent command of both Vietnamese and English
