About the role
Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues
- Diagnose technical issues and recommend appropriate support plans
- Sell technical support plans and relevant software to customers
- Handle payment processing through various gateways to close calls
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in International BPO (Inbound or Outbound Technical Support)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email, Mac, iPhone, and iPad issues
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts
- Experience in closing calls and processing payments
