Responsibilities

  • Field inbound demand via phone, email, and other channels
  • Run consultative, decision-driven demos focused on one-call closes
  • Conduct business discovery to understand customer goals and fit
  • Qualify prospects efficiently to maximize new logo acquisition
  • Manage a high-velocity pipeline with strong prioritization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience and feedback loops

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, support, retail, or hospitality
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ months of experience in business development
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce
