Inbound Division Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of inbound assistants to ensure all SLA deliverables are achieved
• Ensure customer order dates are met through management of Merchant delivery times and order fulfilment
• Perform root cause analysis of customer service failings to drive process improvement
• Define and manage standard operating procedures across the team
• Manage Merchants against delivery SLAs and reduce delays through compliance and analysis
• Ensure buying disciplines and effective order management are adhered to within the category
• Manage shipment status to ensure smooth transition into correct facilities
• Reconcile receiving discrepancies with DC, Merchants, and internal Accounts Payable teams
• Manage inbound team performance, individual development, and expectations

Requirements

• 4+ years of process improvement, engineering, or logistics experience
• Proven track record of managing teams
• Bachelor's degree (advantageous)
• Valid Driver's License
• Competency in MS Office or Gsuite
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
