Inbound Collections Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage a consistent flow of inbound and outbound calls to help consumers establish paths toward financial stability
• Investigate account details and work with consumers to resolve discrepancies or disputes
• Navigate multiple software platforms and screens to provide real-time updates and efficient service
• Document all communications and account activities accurately across multiple digital channels
• Maintain a high level of activity to meet daily goals and maximize commission potential

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Resilience and composure under pressure, with the ability to handle rejection with grace
• Strong sense of ownership, dependability, and organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in 3rd-party collections
• Background in Customer Service or Sales
