About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a consistent flow of inbound and outbound calls to help consumers establish paths toward financial stability
- Investigate account details to resolve discrepancies or disputes
- Navigate multiple software platforms and screens simultaneously to provide real-time updates
- Document all communications and account activities accurately across digital channels
- Meet daily activity targets to maximize commission potential
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Full fluency in both Spanish and English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
- Resilience and the ability to remain composed under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in 3rd-party collections
- Background in Customer Service or Sales
