Inbound & Capacity Strategy Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Inbound capacity strategy by planning and managing regional logistics networks with daily and regional granularity.
• Design the evolution of the Inbound logistics network in LATAM, optimizing the relationship between sellers, consolidators, and Fulfillment Centers (FCs).
• Anticipate operational bottlenecks and capacity constraints months in advance to protect results during critical dates like Black Friday and Hot Sales.
• Standardize and scale Inbound methodologies across different countries by creating playbooks and capturing regional learnings.
• Manage a team of analysts and specialists, acting as a strategic reference to influence Operations, Network Design, and Product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Higher education degree completed.
• Proven experience in team management, processes, or product management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools or programming languages such as SQL or Python.
• Experience in logistics planning, supply chain operations, or logistics network and capacity management.
• Ability to make decisions in highly complex operational environments with significant constraints.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction at all hierarchical levels and experience creating executive presentations.
