Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Reservation and Support teams to create and maintain reference documents like dining guides and pricing sheets
• Execute pre-travel protocols to ensure booking accuracy and seamless backend operations
• Perform quality checks and audits against confirmations in the Admin system
• Ensure hotel proformas align with database pricing and audit payment schedules
• Proactively contact hotels to obtain proformas for pending bookings
• Provide real-time crisis management for active travelers, handling cancellations, overbookings, strikes, and weather disruptions
• Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, and transportation providers to resolve urgent issues

Requirements

• Experience in the luxury travel agency or DMC (Destination Management Company) space
• Fluent in English with professional or native written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high task volumes
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in auditing and quality checking bookings and itineraries
• Proactive communication style for working with suppliers and internal teams
