In-store Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Create and update window displays and in-store merchandising areas to represent the brand and maximize sales
• Collaborate with the Head Office Visual Merchandising department to ensure brand alignment
• Execute window arrangements and mannequin styling according to company guidelines
• Maintain store layout to maximize sales in accordance with Retail and Product Management requirements
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by staying informed about new products and presenting them effectively to customers
• Perform product rotations and suggest stock rotations based on KPI analysis to drive interest in specific items
• Monitor sales campaigns, promotions, and market trends to inform visual strategies
• Support the setup of other stores during renovations or new store openings

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar visual merchandising role within a structured environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A deep passion for fashion and product sensibility
• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• High proficiency in the local language
