Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store image at all times
• Attract, engage, and motivate customers into making purchases using advanced visual techniques
• Adapt and react to sales results to improve store commerciality and profitability
• Monitor customer profiles, product potential, and competitor strategies
• Train the team on new product merchandising guidelines and techniques
• Make suggestions regarding out-of-stock garments
• Report to the in-store management team and support managerial duties
• Communicate and provide feedback to the area Visual Merchandiser following guidelines

Requirements

• 1-year proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser
• Experience in window displays, signs, interior displays, and space utilisation
• Creative and innovative thinker
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong client-service mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English and MS Office knowledge
