In-store Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Create and update window displays and merchandising areas to represent the brand and maximize sales
• Execute window arrangements and mannequin styling in accordance with company guidelines
• Collaborate continuously with the General Headquarters Visual Merchandising (VM) department
• Ensure product accessibility by quickly replenishing missing sizes
• Optimize store layout based on Retail and Product Management requirements to drive sales
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by staying informed about new products and trends
• Perform product rotations and suggest stock rotations based on KPI analysis
• Monitor sales campaigns, promotions, and market trends
• Provide support for store renovations and new store openings

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar visual merchandising role
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A deep passion for fashion and product sensitivity
• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in the local language
