In-Store Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Implement visual merchandising guidelines, including in-store layouts, window displays, and product storytelling.
• Adapt presentations based on commercial performance, customer flow, and new collection launches.
• Support product launches and promotional operations through strong and consistent visual presentation.
• Ensure all visual merchandising updates are implemented within set deadlines.
• Maintain and manage visual supports, commercial furniture, and presentation elements.
• Collaborate with management to optimize product placement, stock management, and store circulation.
• Coach and train team members on visual merchandising standards and style expertise.

Requirements

• Previous experience in visual merchandising.
• Strong creative sense and ability to execute visual concepts effectively.
• Analytical skills to translate commercial data into effective in-store presentations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with management and field teams.
• High attention to detail to ensure constant adherence to brand standards.
