In-store Tailor/Stylist

Responsibilities

• Customize, personalize, and repair Levi’s® denim products for customers
• Understand customer needs by providing customization options on the shop floor or taking measurements for alterations
• Support the shop floor team with sales and exceptional customer service when tailoring duties are complete
• Manage the scheduling and coordination of tailoring appointments
• Communicate effectively with other Tailors, Sales Stylists, and Store Management to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Previous tailoring experience
• Retail experience
• Ability to sew and stitch to a high standard
• Creative thinking and the ability to think outside the box
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
