In-Store Service Project Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and execution of in-store service projects across Mexico retail locations
• Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising compliance, display quality, and brand ambassador performance
• Serve as the local point of contact for 3PL partners, field labor agencies, and retail store teams
• Track and report on project timelines, deliverables, and field issues
• Coordinate logistics for retail buildouts, shop-in-shop installations, and merchandising refreshes
• Help identify, vet, and onboard local 3PL vendors and field service providers
• Monitor vendor performance against established KPIs and compliance standards
• Provide regular status updates and regional market intelligence to the US-based Retail Services PM
• Support data entry and tracking in Airtable and project management systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, field execution, merchandising, or project coordination
• Based in or willing to relocate to Mexico City
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable with regular travel within Mexico
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management or CRM tools
• Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with 3PL vendors or field labor agencies
• Familiarity with Airtable or similar workflow platforms
• Background in Consumer electronics or CPG
• Experience coordinating across US and LATAM teams
• Understanding of Mexico’s retail landscape (Liverpool, Costco, Coppel, Sears, etc.)
