In-Store Sales

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service activities including receiving telephone orders and resolving challenges
• Serve customers through counter sales in the retail store
• Conduct warehouse duties such as moving cylinders for customers
• Provide sales support to the Outside Sales team
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and programs
• Promote add-on sales of gases and high-margin hard goods accessories
• Maintain accurate customer records, files, account setup, and pricing
• Perform outbound calls to retail and small 'B' customers
• Sell products at minimum discount to achieve target margins

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Counter Sales preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• No DUI/DWI or alcohol-related convictions within the last ten years
