In-Store Sales

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service activities, including receiving telephone orders and resolving customer challenges
• Serve customers through counter sales in a retail environment
• Conduct warehouse duties, including the movement of gas cylinders for customers
• Provide sales support to the Outside Sales team and perform outbound calls to retail customers
• Promote add-on sales of gases and high-margin hard goods accessories
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and programs to customers
• Maintain accurate customer records, account setups, and pricing files

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• No DUI/DWI or alcohol-related convictions within the last ten (10) years
• Excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Counter Sales
