In-Store Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service activities, including receiving telephone orders, answering questions, and resolving order status or shipment challenges
• Serve customers through counter sales in the retail store environment
• Conduct warehouse duties, including the movement of cylinders for customers
• Provide sales support to the Outside Sales team and perform outbound calls to retail and small customers
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and programs to customers
• Promote add-on sales of gases and high-margin hard goods accessories through product demonstrations
• Maintain accurate customer records, account setups, and pricing files

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service skills
• No DUI/DWI or other alcohol-related convictions within the last ten (10) years

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Counter Sales
