In-store Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the store's back of house operations to ensure high standards of efficiency and customer experience.
• Implement company policies, procedures, and corporate guidelines in collaboration with the Regional Store Operations team.
• Lead, nurture, and develop the store team, fostering a culture of excellence and driving the team to exceed KPI targets.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock movement, space organization, and the execution of stocktakes and cycle counts.
• Supervise store administration, including cash handling, transaction accuracy, and daily audits.
• Maintain the store environment, including housekeeping, maintenance, and coordination with external vendors or engineering teams.
• Support after-sales services, such as alterations and repairs, to elevate the client experience.
• Assist with operational projects, pop-ups, and in-store events to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

• Proven retail management experience in a high-turnover environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to recruit and develop talent.
• Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in cash handling and store administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced team environment with a flexible and adaptable attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working within a luxury retail environment.
• Experience using SAP systems.
