Responsibilities

• Manage walk-ins, online leads, and in-store appointments with high-intent customers
• Guide customers through the entire home loan journey from search to settlement
• Contribute to local area marketing initiatives within the community
• Leverage the Aussie ecosystem to earn referral income from buyer’s agents and conveyancing services

Requirements

• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain one with our support)
• Background in sales or customer service roles
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
• Strong drive and determination to grow a retail store environment
• A passion for helping customers achieve homeownership
