Responsibilities

• Manage walk-ins, online leads, and in-store appointments with high-intent customers
• Guide customers through the entire home loan journey from search to settlement
• Contribute to local area marketing initiatives within your community
• Submit deals to the in-house processing team to minimize administrative tasks
• Leverage the connected ecosystem to earn referral income from buyer’s agents and conveyancing

Requirements

• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain one with support)
• Background in sales or customer service roles
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
• Strong drive, determination, and a customer-focused mindset
