In Store Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Implement visual merchandising guidelines across all departments to ensure consistency and creativity
• Maintain high standards of presentation, ensuring displays are clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing
• Refresh window and in-store displays to reflect current trends, promotions, and product launches
• Analyse store layout and customer flow to optimise product placement and drive sales
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify commercial opportunities and adapt visual strategies
• Deliver hands-on training to store team members to build visual merchandising skills
• Work with sales associates to maintain visual standards throughout the day
• Support stock management, floor moves, and promotional setups
• Ensure all visual merchandising complies with health and safety standards
