About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise all clienteling activities of the store staff and define specific development plans for each Client Advisor
- Perform weekly and monthly customer and KPI analysis to monitor store CRM performance
- Assist the Store Manager in designing CRM action plans based on business needs and the event calendar
- Design and implement action plans focused on data collection, local client retention, and brand loyalty
- Train store staff on clienteling tools, best practices, and commercial initiatives
- Support the Sales Staff in managing VIC (Very Important Client) relationships to grow the cluster's potential
- Collaborate with the PR Department on celebrity and influencer management
- Contribute to the development of in-store product launches, events, and client experiences
Requirements
- Proven track record of sales performance and growth through personal clienteling efforts
- Expertise in training store teams on clienteling, competitive insights, and private appointments
- Proficiency in Excel with the ability to draw actionable conclusions from reports
- Familiarity with luxury competitors and a passion for consumer trends
- Fluent spoken English
