Responsibilities

• Deliver discreet, understated, and timely in-room dining service
• Assist the assistant manager and supervisors in meeting high guest expectations
• Cooperate effectively with colleagues within the team and across other departments
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the hotel, facilities, and the local area
• Take ownership of job performance in line with departmental luxury standards
• Tailor service approaches to achieve high-quality results

• Enthusiastic and dedicated personality

• Ability to work a flexible rota including days, evenings, and weekends
