In Room Dining Server

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Maintain full knowledge of beverage lists, menu items, garnishes, and preparation methods
• Deliver food and beverage in a timely and accurate manner
• Check outgoing orders for quality and accuracy of setup
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and outlet service standards
• Coordinate removal of In Room Dining equipment from guest rooms and public areas
• Assist with amenity delivery and VIP order verification
• Maintain and organize departmental supplies

Requirements

• Previous Food and Beverage experience in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality setting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Point of Sale System experience
