In-Room Dining Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the In-Room Dining team to deliver exceptional 5-star luxury service
• Manage day-to-day operations and departmental briefings
• Drive financial performance, including revenue, payroll, and profitability targets
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor high-performing colleagues
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement service recovery plans
• Collaborate with Culinary, Housekeeping, and Front Office departments
• Manage inventory, stock controls, and food safety compliance (HACCP)
• Prepare departmental reports and analyze business performance

Requirements

• Previous experience as an In-Room Dining Manager, Restaurant Manager, or F&B Manager in a luxury 5-star hotel
• Proven leadership and coaching experience
• Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing luxury hotel In-Room Dining specifically
• Knowledge of POS and hotel property management systems
• Food Safety Level 3 qualification
• WSET or other hospitality professional qualifications
• Knowledge of Forbes Five-Star or Leading Hotels of the World standards
