In-Process Control Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the contact person for all technical questions regarding in-process control (IPC)
• Responsible for the maintenance of IPC devices and measuring systems in pharmaceutical production
• Commission and supervise calibrations and maintenance by external service providers
• Regularly check measuring systems
• Provide technical support to internal teams for IPC process optimizations and optimization projects
• Create, maintain, and review GMP-compliant documents, especially (re-)qualification reports
• Act as technical contact for department-related deviations and support their evaluation and processing
• Participate in conversion and expansion projects as well as routine qualifications
• Process and manage IPC change controls
• Act as contact person for internal and external audit questions

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a scientific field with at least 3 years of professional experience in production or analytics, or a degree in pharmacy, microbiology, or food technology
• Strong quality awareness and affinity for technology
• Strong communication, organizational, and assertiveness skills
• Careful, independent, and structured way of working
• Good IT skills (MS Office) and experience with LIMS
• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing
