In Office Experience Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site contact to deliver a professional and welcoming experience for employees and visitors
• Manage day-to-day office operations, including break room supplies, snack/beverage stocking, and coffee machine maintenance
• Support guest registration, workspace preparation for new hires, and onsite signage
• Coordinate catered meetings, office business events, and employee engagement initiatives as a member of the Culture Committee
• Assist with conference room scheduling, equipment testing, and meeting space reconfiguration
• Maintain office cleanliness standards and coordinate with cleaning, facilities, and maintenance vendors
• Support office moves, workspace reconfigurations, and seating alignment efforts
• Coordinate badge access, parking, and security-related building issues
• Assist with safety protocols, including emergency drills and first-aid kit management

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience in customer service or hospitality
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work fully on-site in Englewood, CO (Monday – Friday, 8am - 4pm)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and office administration tasks
