About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries related to shipments, collections, and deliveries
- Monitor shipment status within the system and support the coordination of timely deliveries
- Perform loading, unloading, and stacking of packages in assigned areas following safety and operational standards
- Capture sender and recipient data in the system to generate shipping guides
- Prepare Excel reports with accurate information regarding delivery status and progress
Requirements
- High school diploma or technical degree completed
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in operational roles related to customer service, preferably in warehouses or distribution centers
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Advanced customer service skills
