In House Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized customer service via email and in-person to resolve inquiries and issues.
• Manage the creation of shipping guides and collection folios.
• Perform pre-alerts and track collection folios to ensure timely service.
• Monitor and control the status of items operated for assigned accounts from creation to final delivery.
• Generate KPIs and operational reports (tickets).
• Assist with the organization, packaging, and loading of parcels received at client facilities.
• Perform load squaring and verification of cargo delivered by the client.

Requirements

• High school diploma (Preparatoria) or Technical Career.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative, logistics, or customer service support roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work in an onsite environment in Hidalgo (Parque Industrial Tepeji).
• Availability to work Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 6:00 pm) and Saturdays (9:00 am to 2:00 pm).

• Experience working in warehouse or distribution center environments.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
