About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as an operational liaison within client facilities to ensure service continuity and SLA compliance.
- Provide specialized customer service via email and in-person interactions.
- Manage package logistics including guide creation, collection folio generation, and pre-alerts.
- Oversee physical package management such as organizing, wrapping, palletizing, and loading received shipments.
- Perform load reconciliation for shipments delivered by the client at their facilities.
- Manage incident reporting through ticket creation.
Requirements
- High school diploma (Preparatoria) or Technical Degree (Carrera Técnica).
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in operational customer service roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
