About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as an operational liaison at client facilities to ensure service continuity and SLA compliance
- Provide specialized customer service via email and in-person interactions
- Manage the creation of shipping guides and collection folios
- Perform pre-alerts and follow-up on collection folios
- Handle physical tasks including organizing, wrapping, palletizing, and loading received packages
- Perform load reconciliation for cargo delivered by the client
- Manage incident reporting through ticket creation
Requirements
- High school diploma or Technical Degree
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in operational customer service roles
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment
