In House Specialist

Responsibilities

• Generate shipping guides by capturing sender and recipient data in the SCI (Sistema Comando Interactivo) system.
• Execute the registration and creation of guides, including generating manifests for daily client closing reports.
• Monitor and analyze shipment tracking to validate the status and location of packages for clients.
• Communicate special cases and shipment issues to account executives or advisors to ensure high-quality service.
• Update sender and recipient information within the system to ensure accurate guide generation.

Requirements

• High school diploma (Preparatoria) or Technical Degree (Carrera Técnica).
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate proficiency in SCI (Sistema Comando Interactivo).
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or administration.
• Ability to present and analyze results.
