About the role
Responsibilities
- Liaise with Labour Managers to identify external recruitment gaps
- Manage vacancies by creating entries in the ATS and ensuring accurate job descriptions
- Advertise roles via the company careers page, job boards, and social media
- Actively source candidates for niche roles using LinkedIn and other tools
- Pre-register, screen, and sift CVs of applicants
- Conduct telephone screenings and provide shortlists to recruiting managers
- Manage candidate interview scheduling and feedback loops
- Convey offers and ensure salary/rate approvals are obtained
- Coordinate with HR Administrators to facilitate contract generation and payroll processing
- Build and maintain a database of appropriately skilled candidates
Requirements
- Proven recruitment experience within the Construction or Civil Engineering industry
- Experience working either in-house or within a recruitment agency
- Proficiency in using ATS systems and LinkedIn sourcing
