About the role

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Labour Managers to identify external recruitment gaps
  • Manage vacancies by creating entries in the ATS and ensuring accurate job descriptions
  • Advertise roles via the company careers page, job boards, and social media
  • Actively source candidates for niche roles using LinkedIn and other tools
  • Pre-register, screen, and sift CVs of applicants
  • Conduct telephone screenings and provide shortlists to recruiting managers
  • Manage candidate interview scheduling and feedback loops
  • Convey offers and ensure salary/rate approvals are obtained
  • Coordinate with HR Administrators to facilitate contract generation and payroll processing
  • Build and maintain a database of appropriately skilled candidates

Requirements

  • Proven recruitment experience within the Construction or Civil Engineering industry
  • Experience working either in-house or within a recruitment agency
  • Proficiency in using ATS systems and LinkedIn sourcing
