- Manage litigation and regulatory matters as the company expands its offerings
- Counsel the company on legal risks and its approach to an evolving competitive landscape
- Draft motions and legal briefs
- Conduct oral arguments and lead settlement negotiations
- Try cases and manage legal risks in a rapidly changing industry
Requirements
- JD degree
- 3-7 years of litigation experience
- Proven experience drafting motions and briefs
- Proven experience conducting oral arguments
- Proven experience leading settlement negotiations and trying cases
- Strong academic and professional background
- Excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills
- Ability to relocate to the Madison, WI area (relocation is fully reimbursed)
- COVID-19 vaccination
