About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary link between Estafeta and clients to ensure excellent service quality
  • Provide timely shipment tracking and follow-up on collection folios
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues via email
  • Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Create service tickets and reports
  • Control and track items operated within assigned accounts

Requirements

  • High school diploma or higher
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, customer service, or logistics roles
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
