About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary link between Estafeta and clients to ensure excellent service quality
- Provide timely shipment tracking and follow-up on collection folios
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues via email
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Create service tickets and reports
- Control and track items operated within assigned accounts
Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, customer service, or logistics roles
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong orientation toward results and customer service excellence
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
