About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries regarding shipments, collections, and deliveries.
  • Monitor shipment status within the system to support timely delivery coordination.
  • Perform loading, unloading, and stacking of packages in assigned areas following safety and operational standards.
  • Capture sender and recipient data into the system to generate shipping guides.
  • Prepare Excel reports containing accurate information on delivery status and progress.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or technical degree completed.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in operational customer service roles, preferably in warehouses or distribution centers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
  • Advanced customer service skills.
