In-house Counsel (Labor Law Specialist)

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive labor law advice for the corporate group, especially for HR Business Partners
• Drafting, negotiating, and implementing works agreements in coordination with departments and works councils
• Legal support for transformation and restructuring projects
• Creation and continuous development of contract templates and labor law standards
• Independent handling of judicial and extrajudicial legal matters, sometimes in cooperation with external lawyers
• Conception and implementation of in-house training for managers and Corporate HR

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist) with two legal state examinations
• Relevant professional experience in collective and individual labor law (ideally > 3 years) gained in a company and/or law firm
• Strong understanding of economic contexts and ability to develop pragmatic, legally secure solutions
• Structured, independent, and careful working style
• Strong communication, assertiveness, and team spirit
• Willingness for occasional business travel
