About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving doubts and offering solutions regarding shipments, collections, and deliveries.
- Monitor shipment status in the system and support the coordination of punctual deliveries.
- Perform loading, unloading, and stacking of packages in assigned areas, ensuring organization meets safety and operational standards.
- Capture sender and recipient data into the system to generate shipping guides.
- Prepare Excel reports with accurate information regarding delivery status and progress.
Requirements
- High school diploma or technical degree completed.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in operational customer service roles, preferably in warehouses or distribution centers.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
- Advanced customer service skills.
