In-Home Inventory Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed, room-by-room inventories of residential homes
• Photograph appliances, electronics, lighting fixtures, and other home assets
• Use a camera to create 3D scans and floorplans
• Use a paint scanner to log exact wall colors and finishes
• Log utility locations, fire safety devices, and other essential home infrastructure
• Speak with homeowners to gather context, vendors, and preferences
• Represent Casa with professionalism, courtesy, and discretion
• Handle equipment carefully and document all work accurately in the app

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in home services, concierge, logistics, facilities, or high-end customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to follow structured workflows
• Comfortable working in private residences with professionalism
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and move through multi-level homes
• Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
• Tech-savvy with apps, iPad, and smartphone cameras
• Ability to pass a clear background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in property management, real estate, or home inventory
• Hospitality or white-glove service background
