In-Home Instructor

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person 1:1 academic support to a 14-year-old student with autism and anxiety
• Deliver individualized instruction tailored to the student's specific needs
• Support academic growth in various subjects, with a preference for science
• Foster social-emotional learning alongside academic achievement

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of instructional experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum
• Ability to work in-person in Danville, CA
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Zoom and online teaching tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Teaching credentials
• Experience working with students who have learning differences
